At Kelston we believe in keeping you included throughout the process. Some projects are longer than others so its important we are all protected. Depending on the timescale of a project we split task into sections; usually 4 sections: Deposit, Design, Development & Integration. Before we move on to each section you are asked to sign off on the work and pay 25% of the total invoice.

Deposit
The deposit secures our time and is non-refundable.

Design
Design is based on a number of core factors of your business. This includes your corporate identity in terms of logos and company colours and also as much direction from you as possible. After all who knows better than you want you would like to see on your website. We will create your design based on these factors but if you feel we have not captured the feel that you were looking for then we will offer you one free re-design.

Development
This is the trickiest area of the project and is very difficult to make changes to, therefore it wont commence until the design is signed off. The development will include the work proposed above and minimal reasonable additions is permitted however Kelston reserve the right to decide on whether an addition is reasonable in line with the project.

Integration
This is the final stage of the project where we feel the project is complete. You will need to assess that your requirements have been met and confirm.
